I was born in 2021 in Bovino, a small village in Puglia nestled in the Daunian Mountains at 620 m above sea level. Quality, a short supply chain, and respect for the environment and the land are my essence. The circle, a symbol much discussed and interpreted since ancient times, represents me. As the only geometric shape without corners or edges, it expresses harmony, balance, and cyclicality. The imperfection that characterizes it points to the world I belong to: Italian olive growing, which is always evolving.
Early harvesting, milling within 24 hours, and partial destoning: every technical choice is at the service of taste and preservation over time.
